Heartwood Homes took care of my brother for 6 years. Prior to that, he was in a facility in Illinois that although caring, had so many residents that there was little personal caring. Jason and staff always had my brother’s best interests in mind. They made him feel comfortable and actually happy while he was with them. Jason was a great source for information and guidance in managing my brother’s care for 7 years, through hospice, and ultimately his passing. In his final days before passing, his cognitive abilities were greatly diminished but he actually said that he knew he was well cared for. That was such a great thing to hear from him.
